Types of cooperation:

Research & Transfer

Research and technology transfer projects for and with companies as well as technology and knowledge transfer projects in the humanities, cultural and social sciences for and with stakeholders from society:

  • Cooperative research: University experts conduct research together with you in a research field that is strategically important to you. 

  • Contract research: Scientists from the university conduct research for you within a research and development project on a goal specified by you.
  • Assistance with the joint use of (research) infrastructure

 


 

Networks

We initiate cooperations with you through networking and exchange events with the aim of getting to know each other and establishing a long-term cooperation:  

  • dialog events
  • topic-focused matching events / workshops
  • visits to institutes / campus tours:  We are happy to organise visits to laboratories and institutes at the university for you so that you can come into contact with research teams, receive first-hand information about (ongoing) research projects and find out what has been developed or is currently being developed. GRADUS offers the opportunity for companies as potential employers and mentors to support young academics (PhD students, postdocs, habilitation candidates, junior professors, tenure-track professors) in their career path to industry. more 

Further education and training for company members who want to gain additional (scientific) qualifications. The courses are tailored to the needs of the company.  more

The interfaculty research institute IZKT supports the mutual transfer between the university and the society through events and various research formats with external partners. more 

School for talents makes it possible to help shape projects and workshops in interdisciplinary teams of particularly high-performing, curious and motivated students and to exchange ideas with students.  more
