The interface between study and career
With the establishment of the Career Service as part of TRACES, the transfer center, the University of Stuttgart is anchoring the support offered for students at the University of Stuttgart to find the right job for them and employers to find the right employees.
The Career Service addresses three target groups:
- students and graduates of the University of Stuttgart (up to one year after graduation),
- the lecturers in the departments of the University of Stuttgart,
- employers as cooperation partners.
The Career Service supports students and graduates in their professional orientation and facilitates the transition into the professional world. In addition to information material, our wide range of services includes practical workshops, seminars and individual coaching as well as various event formats with companies and role models from business, science and entrepreneurship.
Lecturers are supported by the Career Service in the question of how to successfully transfer study skills to professional application and how this process can be communicated to students.
