Inner Development for outer transformation - IDGs for SDGs

“In 2015, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provided a comprehensive plan for a sustainable world by 2030. However, progress is not happening fast enough, and we urgently need to increase our collective abilities to face and work effectively with complex challenges.” (Quelle: https://innerdevelopmentgoals.org/)

The concept of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) provides a framework for developing individual skills and competences that are crucial not only for personal success, but also for tackling global challenges. The IDG competences are designed to support people in becoming more conscious, authentic and empathetic individuals who can contribute positively to society and a sustainable future and thus to the implementation of the SDGs.

The module aligned with the IDGs is a valuable tool for fully developing one's own potential and experiencing self-efficacy.

Entrepreneurial Skillset - Cultivating Mindfulness

This course is about developing an understanding of mindfulness and meditation. On the one hand for yourself, on the other hand also for use and sharing, e.g. in the team.

We will find out what mindfulness can be helpful for in the field of entrepreneurship. The pillars of stress management and inner stability, communication and teamwork skills as well as innovation and creativity play central roles. We will learn what approaches there are for meditation and mindfulness training in practice and also apply and practise these.

Such mindfulness practice can be used, for example, to develop empathy and the ability to deal with conflict, resilience, concentration and clarity, active listening and self-reflection.
