Mia Zsohar, Elements4Founding project team member, started with "How can I create value from my idea with the help of the Business Model Navigator Tool?" using many specific practical examples. Kristina Winter, Senior Startup Coach for High- and Deeptech at the Transfer Center, focused on the creation of customer benefits, the development of an attractive unique selling proposition as well as sales pricing and strategies, adapted to different business models and their income mechanisms.
"From research results to a product that is attractive to the market and a viable business model requires more than just the technology perspective. The creation of relevant user and customer added value and the pricing based on this are indispensable elements on the way to a successful tech start-up," says Kristina Winter.
