The 10th edition will take place at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) – remote participation is also possible.
What is it about?
In this free, two-day seminar, tech founders and those interested in founding a start-up will gain practical insights into key legal issues relating to start-ups and growth, such as founding & financing, IP, data protection, labour law, taxes, ESOPs and more.
The content is based on experiences from Germany, Europe and the USA and is taught by experts from Orrick Germany.
Catering is provided throughout the event.
Who organises and supports the event?
The boot camp is organised by the KIT Start-up Incubator and the TRACES Transfer Centre at the University of Stuttgart.
It is also supported by the INSPIRE2Start partners – the University of Stuttgart, the University of Hohenheim, Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU), Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, DeepTechHub, TUM Venture Labs (Munich & Heilbronn), RWTH Innovation and the WHU Entrepreneurship Centre.
