At the core of the NXTGN Startup Factory is the approach “Applied Deep Tech for the Next Generation Mittelstand.” Its goal is to strategically connect academia, entrepreneurship, and small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen future capabilities where they are needed most.
By 2030, the consortium aims to reach 15,000 participants across its programs, support the creation of more than 300 deep-tech startups, and initiate over 1,000 collaborations with SMEs. In addition, it seeks to mobilize more than one billion euros in private venture capital and create over 10,000 jobs in future-oriented industries.
