At Bits & Pretzels, one of Europe’s leading startup and innovation conferences, the TRACES team exchanged insights with stakeholders from startups, academia, and investment on current trends and developments.
A particular highlight was the presentation of the NXTGN Startup Factory by Adrian Thoma during the panel on EXIST Startup Factories. One central theme ran through the conference: founders are defined by optimistic thinking, the ability to see crises as opportunities, and the deliberate use of agility as a strength. At the same time, it became clear that society at large needs a stronger mindset for risk-taking — or, as Verena Pausder put it: "Innovation mode without crisis mode."
The TRACES team is bringing the impressions, contacts, and impulses from Munich back to Stuttgart to carry them forward within the regional innovation ecosystem.
