Students took on the role of management consultants for one semester and put their theoretical knowledge into practice.
The central starting points were specific challenges presented by real start-ups.
The following challenges, among others, were addressed:
• BOCKalot (supervised by Elias Baur): Marketing concept for an app to simplify leisure planning
• GENERIO(supervised by Dr Jonas Auda): Go-to-market strategy for the AI-powered 3D modelling tool GENERIO
• MuseMachine UG (supervisor: Kapilan Koch): Market entry and validation strategy for the AI-supported tool Museboard
• Rock my Sleep GmbH (supervisor: Michael Heimrich): Guerrilla marketing concept to increase brand awareness
Based on this, the interdisciplinary student teams independently developed solutions in close cooperation with the respective contact persons from the start-ups and mentors from the business world: Şebnem Maier (SMAX-BEST Products), Thomas Knüvener & Waldemar Kuhn (LBBW) and Angeles Rodriguez Terron (Bosch).
As in a real-world laboratory, academic knowledge met entrepreneurial reality.
The results are impressive: the final presentations allowed different strategies to be compared and at the same time gave the start-ups concrete, directly implementable ideas.
Many thanks to all students, start-ups, mentors and supporters for their commitment!
