The winter offsite provided space to grow closer as a startup factory, reflect together on the past year, and sharpen the focus for 2026.
The agenda included workshops, a stocktake of the current state of play, an outlook on upcoming projects, and concrete planning and goal-setting. At least as valuable as the substantive work was the time spent together: the joint evening programme — featuring a winter hike — created space for open exchange and fresh perspectives. Dr. Rubina Zern-Breuer, Laura Rothgang, and Hanna Dewes from TRACES were also part of the group. The result was a strong start to the year and a shared understanding of what the NXTGN Startup Factory aims to achieve in 2026.
