One central idea ran throughout the entire workshop: moving away from "ego-systems" and towards a genuinely interconnected community. In practice, this means fewer duplicate structures, greater shared visibility for spin-offs, and stronger structural networking of existing programmes — including EXIST Women and other funding initiatives in the area of female entrepreneurship. The signals from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts were clear and supportive throughout.
The Inspire2Start Hub was represented by Laura Rothgang, Hanna Dewes, Christine Kraus, Alina Kerner, Fabian Seeger, and Catharina Wörz. TRACES would like to thank Dr. Raoul Haschke for his commitment and the excellent organisation, as well as the team at HTWG Konstanz University of Applied Sciences for hosting the event.
